Shipping policy

Every order is carefully prepared by our dedicated team during the workweek (Monday–Friday, closed on statutory holidays). We typically ship within 4–5 business days, unless the product listing states otherwise. For U.S. buyers, we’ve simplified shipping through our American distribution center, so you won’t need to worry about unexpected customs fees. We’re doing our best to dispatch promptly; however, please allow up to 15 business days in transit, as we depend on current stock levels at our U.S. hub.
